Goals

1. Establishing the specifications and standards necessary to create academic plans and programs in accordance with standards of academic accreditation

2. Establishing mutual partnerships with private and public sectors to develop and improve academic plans and programs at KSU

3. Collaborating with local, regional, and international universities and other academic institutions for the quality of academic plans and programs

4. Providing support for academic departments to create a suitable environment for the development of academic programs

5. Assessing academic plans and programs in departments and developing them in accordance with the University’s mission and goals through collaboration with the Deanship of Quality and other concerned entities at KSU

Tasks

1. Follow-up of developments in the field of academic plans and programs in local and international universities

2. Preparing guides and forms to achieve outstanding performance in creating academic plans

3. Assisting colleges and departments in creating programs that meet the requirements of development plans, in addition to assisting them in choosing the necessary means to achieve these goals

4. Proposing new procedures for developing academic plans and programs

5. Follow-up of colleges and departments in developing academic plans and programs

6. Supervising the development of academic plans and programs

7. Coordinating with concerned authorities to organize workshops and training programs in the field of academic plans and programs
